How is the Business Data Compiled?

The data is compiled from a number of reliable sources: Telemarketing, 5,200 Yellow Page and Business White Page Directories • Federal, State, City & County Government Data • Bankruptcy records and legal filings • Trade Associations • State Licensing Boards • Leading business magazines, newspapers and company newsletters • Annual reports • 10Ks and other SEC filings • New business registration and incorporation • Postal service information including National Change of Address, ZIP carrier route and Delivery Sequence Files.

How is the Consumer Opt-in Email List Compiled?

Our Company has direct affiliations with over 7,000 websites. Our opt-in email list is permission based. To validate and document our opt-in permission based email list, our company traces and provides the opted in website source, time stamp & IP address for each record.

What types of lists do you provide?

We provide lists for Email Marketing, Fax Broadcasting, Telemarketing, and Direct Mail.

How can I deploy the list?

We have marketing plans for this very reason. What good is a list if you can't market to it? Our marketing plans include access to our Email, Fax, and Voice Broadcasting tools.

How often is the data updated?

All of our data is updated daily, weekly, and monthly depending on the source. As data is aggregated it is formatted and imported into the corresponding database.

How is the data formatted?

The standard format is Microsoft Excel .CSV file format. Other formats can be requested.

What is an SIC code?

An SIC (standard industry classification) code is a number that specifies in what industry a business/organization operates. There are 4-digit codes, which represent the broad category the company belongs to, and 6-digit codes, which are a more detailed definition.

Can I order custom lists?

Yes. We specialize in customizing lists to fit your specific needs. We can customize by type of consumer/business, location, age, gender, and many more. All you have to do is fill out a quote form, submit an inquiry, send us an email, or call with your specific details. A sales rep will be happy to work with you on tailoring a list for you.

How is my data delivered?

From within your account you can perform a search and request a list. The list is then automatically extracted from our database. Once the list is extracted, an email will be sent to you notifying you that the list is ready. You can download the list using the direct-download link within the email as well as logging into your account.

Are there any download or usage limits?

Most list companies rent the data to you for a 1 time use. With Our company you own the data to use over and over again. Unlimited searching and downloading!

What about email laws? Fax and voice broadcasting?

Our company has adopted strict compliance rules to protect the privacy of consumers. We contractually require all marketing partners to do the same by their adopting a strict adherence to both the CAN-SPAM ACT of 2009 and the rules promulgated under the National Do-Not-Call Registry Act as well as various state privacy laws.

Users of our marketing tools are instructed to research their local, state, and federal laws regarding unsolicited marketing throug these various mediums.

How do I sign up?

Click the 'Signup' button on the plan in which you'd like to signup for. From there you will be taken to a secure checkout page. All monthly plans require a credit card. Recurring plans will be billed once a month corresponding to your signup date.

Do the software tools within the Marketing Plans require any additional cost?

Yes, the Marketing Plans provide you with use of our custom software only. Our marketing tools are designed specifically for you to market your product or service. They do not, however, include the necessary accounts in which to broadcast your campagins. Email Companion requires you to plug in a valid email account in which to broadcast emails through. The same goes for the Fax and Voice broadcast tools. We have 3rd party vendors setup specifically to provide the neccessary lines.

What are the differences between data plans?

All data plans have access to the same databases. The difference between them is the list size limit. All three plans allow you to search and download as much as you'd like. If you are on the Advtange Plan, for example, your list-size limit is 100,000 records. That means you search and download any list that is under 100,000 records in size. The same goes for the Markter and Professional Plans with their respective limits.

Will the marketing tools work on a Mac?

Unfortunately, no. At this time the marketing tools are only compatible with windows-based pc's. The software tools require a minimum of Windows XP along with the Microsoft .NET Framework.
